Can't connect to KS Assistant Cloud

  1. Check out the configuration instructions.
  2. Check out the troubleshooting page.

Before opening a ticket:

  1. Read the documentation listed above.
  2. Check your internet connection.
  3. Reboot KS Assistant.
  4. If you absolutely don't want to reboot, restart.

Still struggling? Open a ticket

If you still can't connect to KS Assistant Cloud, open a ticket.

Include the following information in your ticket:

  1. Some evidence that you've tried the steps above.
  2. A description of your installation environment.
  3. Logs: Settings > System > Logs.
    • Click the download icon in the top right to download your KS Assistant logs.
    • Attach the log file to the ticket.

The support ticket is limited to KS Assistant Cloud issues.
